You will be asked randomly 8-10 times during the day if you’d like to participate in a one minute fun exercise (“Fitset”) you can participate, opt out or ignore it. We’ll train you on how to do it.

How does it work?

Everyone that does the Fitset does it at the same time with everyone else, wherever they are at that moment, all over the world or all across your place of business, or school, or at the local Target.

 

You are part of a Flashfit mob and you are burning  calories, giving yourself a brain break, and laughing with those around you…all making your life and place of work happier and healthier.

 

We tell you how many participated and how many calories or minutes the world is contributing, and we track your personal progress, and have cool music, video, and funny Faux Real Facts with every Fitset.
